I'm Lorena Lunetta,

an Italian-German artist and the restless creative mind behind lunARTic.

Art has always been my way of making sense of the world around me.
Growing up between two cultures, I learned early on that there's rarely just one way to see things - and that curiosity, more than anything, is what drives me.

That spirit lives in everything I create.
My work lives at the intersection of experimentation and expression.
I don't limit myself to a single medium or style; instead, I embrace the unexpected beauty that emerges when different techniques collide. I'm drawn to the moment when wax melts into something unexpected in my encaustic work, to the quiet patterns that emerge in my watercolor series, to the way a song can become a painting in my Between the Lines collection, a space where songs that never quite leave you find a second life in color and form. Every piece is an experiment, and every experiment teaches me something new. I believe art should invite curiosity.

Look closely...
There's always something hidden waiting to be found.
I create because I have to. Because there are feelings that don't fit into words,
colors that demand to be mixed, and textures that need to be touched.
If even one person looks at my work and feels something, recognized, moved, or simply curious - then I've done what I set out to do.
